We would like you informed of some changes coming to Upton Dental Practice in the new year. We have been noticing recently that waiting times for appointments for general dentistry have been starting to add up, so we are trying to improve this.
We are excited to introduce our new dentist who will be joining us - Dr Kathryn Bell BDS (Hons) MFDS RCSEd. Kathryn is an experienced and really caring dentist, who we are delighted to add to our team.
Kathryn graduated in 2011 from The University of Manchester, with Honours and in receipt of The Hans Kurer Prize, awarded for the best treatment case in final examinations. She went on to complete further training in Restorative Dentistry, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Special Care and Children's Dentistry at Liverpool Dental Hospital, Arrowe Park Hospital, and Alder Hey Children's Hospital.
Kathryn will be replacing me at the practice, and as she is working 4 clinical days a week, this will give us 2 extra days of general dentistry per week.
As many of you know I am very passionate about dental implants and teaching, so I will be concentrating on this moving forward.
I will still be seeing patients on a private basis at our sister practice, Greasby Dental Centre, until our new site opens at the old Barclays Bank in West Kirby.
I'd like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for letting me take care of you for the last 10 years, it's been a privilege. I can assure you that you and your teeth are in great hands with Kathryn
